  • PIPES: Inspect all visible pipes, including supply lines, drainpipes, and sewage lines, for signs of leaks, corrosion, or damage.
  • FIXTURES: Check faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs for leaks, proper functioning, and any visible damage.
  • WATER HEATERS: Examine the water heater for leaks, corrosion, and the overall condition of the unit. Ensure it is properly vented, flush water heaters (Tank) 
    **GAS TANKLESS FLUSH EXTRA $100**
  • DRAINS: Test drains for proper drainage and look for any signs of clogs or slow drainage. Verify that drain traps are in place and functioning as they should.
  • TOILETS: Check toilets for leaks around the base and at the tank-to-bowl connection. Confirm that toilets flush properly and do not continuously run.
  • WATER PRESSURE: Test water pressure throughout the property to ensure it falls within an acceptable range. Extremely high or low water pressure can indicate issues
  • SHUT-OFF VALVES: Inspect shut-off valves for sinks, toilets, and appliances to ensure they are functioning and can be turned off when needed.
  • SUMP PUMP: If the property has a sump pump, verify that it is operational and in good condition.
  • WATER METER: Check the water meter for any signs of leaks or unusual activity that may indicate a hidden issue
  • WATER QUALITY: While not always included in a visual inspection, some assessments may include basic water quality checks, such as testing for water hardness or the presence of sediment.
